Fish Plates
Fish Plates is also known as joint bar, splice bar and angle bar.
We have fully vertically integrated facility with our own rolling mills, forging, machining, multi spindle drilling, punching facility to manufacture all types of fish plates to suit all rail sections such as UIC 60, UIC 54, U33, BS 80A, BS 90A, IRS 52 KG, IRS 90 Lbs, 115 RE, 136 RE, TJ 45, TJ 37, RN 45 etc.
We are in a position to develop new profiles as per client requirements at the shortest time involving minimum cost
Normal Fish Plate
4 holed or 6 holed Fish Plate to suit 60 kg, UIC, 54 kg UIC, 52 kg UIC, 52 kg, 90A, 90R, 80A, 80’O’, 88’O’, 75R, 60R, 115 RE, 132 RE, 50R rails etc., are within our regular production range.
Joggled Fish Plate
Specially forged Fish Plates for temporary repair of cracked welded rail joints with Clamp assembly to suit various rail sections are readily available.

Base Plates
We manufacture all types of Base suitable for various Rail sections, for use on Concrete, Wooden, or Steel Sleepers and ballast less tracks used with Elastic Fastenings on Wooden Sleepers and ‘K’ type fastening system. We have fully vertically integrated facility with our own rolling mills, forging, machining, multi spindle drilling, CNC cutting and punching facility to manufacture all types of base plates to suit all rail sections.
The Base plates can be made out of Rolled steel , ductile iron, Cast iron or can be welded / fabricated type depending upon the customer’s requirements. It can be made to suit various rail section i.e. UIC 60, UIC 54, RN 45, 90 A etc. We are pioneers in manufacturing such Base plates in the country.

We manufacture different types of elastic rail clips (ERC) depending on the toe load & axle load requirements of the customer. An ideal rail track assembly is characterized by the ease of its fitment at the time of laying of track, easy and economical maintenance, durability, economical life span and speedy replacement. Our elastic fastenings have served Indian and International Railways over a period of two decades

Double Shank Spikes are used in Wooden Sleepers and the design is “FIT and FORGET” type.
Inserts / Shoulders
Inserts/Iron Shoulders are cast in the concrete ties for fixation of Elastic Rail Clips. Our Iron Shoulders are manufactured from pearl tic malleable iron (M.C.I. Inserts) and spheroid graphite iron (S.G.C.I. Inserts). We offer two types of Iron Shoulders: Single Stem Iron Shoulders mostly used in pre-stressed concrete ties, and Twin Stem Iron Shoulders commonly used in Bi-Block or Twin Block concrete ties.
Metal & Nylon Liners
We are one of the prime organizations, offering a broad array of Metal Liners that are made using exceptional raw material. Applicable in various industries, these are designed in compliance with international quality standards. Also, these are designed and fabricated as per the drawings & specifications provided by clients.
Glass filled Insulating Liners possesses very high strength and durability. Our liners are used as insulators to make the track suitable for electrical circuiting. They are generally made of Nylon-6 or Glass Filled Nylon. They are used with metallic fasteners so that the fasteners and rails do not have direct contact.
Rubber/Rail Pads
We are engaged in offering an exclusive assortment of heavy duty railway components like Grooved Rubber Sole Plates. These plates are made using superior quality rubber and plastic material, reducing shocks of vibration of a passing train. Abreast of excellent mechanical features and sustainability, these products can also be customized as per clients’ specific demands.
Rail pads are made from a variety of both natural and synthetic elastomers to meet the precise demands of the operating environment from high-speed track to maintenance bays. Rubber (natural, synthetic or composite) pads are supplied for concrete and wooden sleepers whereas EVA pads are supplied for most steel sleeper applications. Plastic HDPE pads can also be used for isolation of base plate systems.
Rail Anchors & Screw Spike
We manufacture different types of rail anchors including “T” type, used where the fastenings system requires extra creep resisting arrangement. There are various shapes of the anchor made of rolled bars of various sections. The anchors when driven in rail feet, grip the rail firmly and when set against sleepers resist longitudinal movement of Rails caused by passing trains.
Screw Spike/Coach Screw
One of the most popular rigid rail fixation items, are extensively used to tighten the rail track on wooden or concrete tie. Screw Spikes are used for fixing tie plates on the wooden ties in pre-bored holes and with plastic inserts pre-cast in concrete sleepers. They are extensively used on high-speed tracks with the extremely popular H.M. fastening.
Railway Steel Sleepers
We manufacture Steel Trough Sleeper that is pressed out of rolled profiles from our rolling mill unit. These sleepers can be supplied with or without cant, with holes or with Welded arrangement of Base plates, shoulders etc. for fixing of rails as per the customer’s requirements. Steel sleepers are lightweight, dimensionally more accurate than wooden or concrete and regarded as an effective technical solution for modern rail networks. H Beam Sleeper with Zero Toe Load fastening and Fabricated Channel Sleeper for use on bridges
We manufacture H beam sleepers as well as fabricated channel sleepers for use on Railway Bridges along with all the accessories for fitment of running rails as well as guards’ rails. Specially designed Zero Toe Load Fastenings ( ZTLF) are provided to allow the required creep in the area. All these sleepers and fittings are Hot dip Galvanized to attain higher durability and minimum maintenance.
Glued Insulated Rail Joint
These joints are used on track-circuited area. We are manufacturing a large number of Glued Insulated Rail Joints for different rails sections. Which are using on long welded rail section and continues welded rail sections for insulation of rail to the adjacent rails.
Mainly we are manufacturing G-3(L) type Glued Joints are assembled using two specially rolled solid Web-fit type Fish Plates of requisite length, which are glued to the rail ends by means of a high strength adhesive. Insulating liners, bushes, HTS bolts and end posts are provided to ensure adequate Electrical insulation.
In dry conditions the minimum electrical resistance of these joints are 25 mega-ohm and the minimum resistance in wet condition are 3 kilo-ohms.
The pull out strength of the joints are more than 150 Tonnes and can safely with stand high thermal forces of LWR/CWR through the joint. We have all modern assembling, manufacturing and testing facilities to produce such joints.
